Yoga, mare e intercultura – San Vito Lo Capo (TP), settembre 2014.

Mare

We were brought together in San Vito Lo Capo by an enjoyment of yoga and a desire to discover and experience a journey external and internal.

Lorrie (Sicilian-American living in Giardini Naxos, Catania)

For me it was my first yoga lesson, and I was happy to attend our twice a day sessions with Lara. We had yoga on the beach one morning, listening to the waves in the background as the sun came up.

I also enjoyed our boat trip to Riserva dello Zingaro and I was pleased that I could take a few people in my car to see my favorite Greek Temple and Theater at Segesta. It was a pleasure to share this part of Sicily with them and our lunch at a nearby agriturismo was the perfect balance of honest food, local wine, rustic surroundings and genial company.

I am looking forward to my next yoga vacation with Associazione Bloom!
